Account and purchases
We store hashed app identifiers and, when you sign in, a hashed Apple or Google identifier, credit balances and verified purchase transactions. Apple tokens used to revoke sign-in are stored encrypted. Your sign-in name and email are not needed for AI generation. Apple or Google processes your payments.
AI and your content
With your explicit permission, your prompts and any selected AI source image are sent through 2342.ai to AI service providers: OpenAI/Microsoft for text and image processing, and fal.ai for video. Processing may take place outside the EU. We do not send account or purchase details as part of generation. Do not enter personal or confidential information in prompts.
Storage and deletion
We store prompts, generation jobs, media references and version relationships for your gallery and troubleshooting. You can delete creations and your account in the app settings. Account deletion removes the associated app records and revokes an existing Apple sign-in where applicable. Data already sent to AI providers is also subject to their retention policies; deleting your app account does not guarantee immediate deletion of every provider copy.
Optional usage analytics
New app versions offer optional usage analytics in Settings, disabled by default, using our self-hosted Rybbit service at stats.2342.dev. With your consent we collect screen views, feature usage, platform, and your selected app region and language. A random session identifier rotates at least every 30 minutes and is never stored persistently on your device. Our backend removes your IP address and does not forward account identifiers, sign-in tokens, prompts, media or payment details to Rybbit. We use no advertising identifiers, session recordings or account linking. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings, which cancels pending transmissions. This processing is based on your consent.
Operations and trends
Servers and service providers process technical connection data to operate the service. The Android app sends technical crash and error diagnostics, including device and installation identifiers, to our GlitchTip service; screenshots and advertising tracking are disabled. Public animal trends may be researched server-side using xAI/Grok, without personal app inputs. The app does not use advertising identifiers or advertising tracking.
Legal bases and rights
Account management, credit accounting and processing your requests are necessary to perform our contract. Sharing your content with AI providers is based on your consent. Technical security measures serve our legitimate interest in operating a secure service. You may withdraw consent for future processing and request access, correction, deletion or restriction at privacy@viral-animal.app. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
